Maybe you’re waiting until you “lose the baby weight”, until things settle down a bit and you have more time (spoiler alert: you won’t), or until your kids are older and can sit still for longer. Well, let me tell you that your kids don’t care what your weight is. They just want to see a mom and dad that are happy with themselves and that show them what it means to love your self and your family unconditionally. Second of all, I can speak from experience that as your kids get older, your life does not slow down, it in fact speeds up.
